We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure our products are well-displayed, properly stocked, and visually appealing in stores. This role involves maintaining product availability, organizing shelves, and supporting sales through attractive product presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange, display, and replenish products in assigned retail locations.
- Ensure shelves, racks, and displays are neat, organized, and fully stocked.
- Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment.
- Place price tags, promotional materials, and point-of-sale displays.
- Report low stocks, damages, or customer feedback to management.
- Build good relationships with store staff and customers.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level.
- Experience in merchandising or retail is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move products.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel to different store locations if needed.
