Description - Provide exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: no experience/entry level
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment
