Teacher

The Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing educational lessons to students. This role involves creating a positive and engaging learning environment, fostering academic growth, and supporting students’ personal and social development.

• Plan and deliver lessons based on the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and other methods.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to encourage academic improvement.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to motivate students.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and challenges.
