- Manage and train staff to improve their performance and enhance team morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts as needed.
- Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
