Job Specifications: Graduate of BS Accountancy and must be a CPA Knowledgeable in Contract Logistics Business, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Brokerage & Trucking Atleast 5 years experienced in the field of logistics. Knowledgeable in Tax and Statutory Reporting Good communication skills with wide network capacity, aggressive and smart. Proactive and good at problem-solving., has initiative and positive outlook Job Description: Oversee daily transactions Ensure Billing accuracy and timeliness to all customers Ensures that daily financial dashboard is reported daily to the Finance Manager Reviews propriety of all posted transactions in SAP (Billings, Collections, Disbursements and Adjustments) Checks and approves Disbursement Bank Verifications Monthly Recording and Monthly end Closing PNL Analysis Validates system entries for closing adjustments such as accrual, forex and related transactions Reviews and Checks transactions for the month in SAP match the production reports form Operations for proper recognition of Costs and Revenues Payroll processing Prepares the President's Financial Report to Korea Headquarters and TDG Reviews all necessary statutory requirements (ie. Tax Return etc.) Controlling Functions Ensures all receivables are collected timely Ensures all payables to vendors/suppliers are recorded and paid on time. Manages the cash flow of the Company Oversee and ensure accuracy or compliance to government Statutory Requirements in Taxes and licenses within the deadline Safeguards the company's assests Ensures that proper internal controls (eg. Check and balance of responsibilities of Finance and Operations) are in place
