- Support Recruitment and Onboarding by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment documentation, and new employee orientation.
- Manage HR Administration by maintaining employee records, processing personnel transactions, preparing HR documents, and ensuring the confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist with Timekeeping and Payroll by monitoring attendance and leave, validating time records, supporting payroll preparation, and addressing payroll-related concerns.
- Promote Employee Relations and Development by responding to employee inquiries, coordinating engagement activities, supporting training programs, and maintaining training records.
- Ensure HR Compliance and Administrative Support by implementing HR policies, supporting labor law compliance and audits, preparing reports, coordinating HR activities, and performing other HR-related duties as assigned.
