Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing advertising sales deals. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries to promote advertising solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present, negotiate, and close advertising deals with businesses and brands.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop effective advertising campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging advertising technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, media buying, and traditional advertising platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
