Customer Service Representative – Pioneer Local Account (Up to 25k Package) Company: Jobslin Location: Pampanga Site (On-site) Salary Package: Up to ₱25,000 / month (Includes basic salary + allowances + incentives) Account Type: Local Account (Filipino/Tagalog-English bilingual) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Are you looking for a great career opportunity right here in Pampanga? Experience: With or without BPO experience! (Fresh graduates and career shifters are highly encouraged to apply). Communication: Conversational English and fluent Tagalog skills. Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our Pampanga office. Tech Literacy: Basic computer navigating skills (typing, encoding, and multitasking). Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Handle customer queries (via phone, email, or chat) with enthusiasm, patience, and empathy. Provide accurate solutions regarding local account services, billing inquiries, or basic troubleshooting. Maintain high-quality standards by following account guidelines. Document customer interactions accurately in our system.
