Job Overview
We’re seeking a dependable and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you’ll help prepare and cook dishes in a fast-moving environment while keeping quality, cleanliness, and presentation at a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Set up and organize your station at the start of each shift.
- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and accuracy.
- Plate dishes following our restaurant’s presentation guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with fellow kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely orders.
- Keep your workstation clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Support the team during busy hours to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar kitchen role.
- Ability to follow recipes and stay focused under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.
- Familiarity with kitchen tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Dependable, flexible, and motivated.
- Food safety certification is an advantage but not required.
