We are looking for a reliable and organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient service and business coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Process PhilHealth claims and collections
- Coordinate with partner clinics and doctors
- Manage billing, documentation, and reports
- Ensure compliance with clinic regulations and procedures
- Supervise staff and clinic scheduling
- Handle patient concerns and inquiries
- Maintain records and monitor clinic performance
Qualifications:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in clinic, healthcare, or pharma operations is a plus
- Knowledge in PhilHealth processing and billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional and trustworthy
