Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for Metacom.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Generate leads through outbound sales activities, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals and coordinate client requirements with internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Outbound Sales.
  • Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers is highly preferred.
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Professional and presentable, as the role requires facing.
  • Willing to visit clients in Metro Manila at least twice per month.
  • Work ONSITE (Makinabang Baliwag Bulacan)
