QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor or undergrad
- At least 3 years of experience or experience in non-life insurance
JOB SUMMARY: Assists and provides legal support and administrative work to the legal department in the litigation, corporate, and office administration aspects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform legal and factual research.
- Identify relevant judicial decisions, statutes, legal articles, codes, and other pertinent materials to develop case information and in preparation of case briefs.
- Organizes and analyzes information and helps prepare legal arguments to build up litigated cases.
- Draft various legal documents supporting the company's judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings.
- Attendance before judicial, quasi-judicial, and administrative bodies for settlement, appearances, and mediation is involved.
- Safe keeps all legal department documents and case files.
- Provides office administration skills/works, including meetings attended by the corporate secretary.
- Supervises the liaison staff
- Performs special projects and management requests needed.
