Role: AU Bookkeeper (Xero)
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:30am to 3:30pm, Philippine Time
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll
- Month end reporting and reconciliations
- Third party reconciliations
- Balance Sheet deep dives
- Recovery work
- IAS & BAS Preparation
- Year End in both accounts and payroll
Role Requirements:
- Has 3+ years bookkeeping experience within a Public Practice environment
- Strong working knowledge of Payroll, Preparation of BAS, IAS, TPAR and payroll tax returns, Balance Sheet reconciling and reporting is required
- Experience with Xero a must and with other cloud based programs highly desirable
- Experience dealing with clients in varied industries and varied degree of complexity.
- Experience with end-to-end accounts payables and receivables
- Reconciliations of bank and credit statements
- Month-end, EOFY preparations, and
- Reporting
- Enjoys building rapport with a variety of clients
- Able to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to do some receptionist duty (answering phone calls)
