Production/Security Operator

- Monitor and control access to all secure areas, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Perform ID verification, visitor logging, and escorting of guests, vendors, and auditors within restricted zones.
- Oversee CCTV, alarm systems, and security monitoring tools and immediately report or escalate any irregular activity.
- Conduct routine security inspections of security devices to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Conduct material movement security on all material and products.
- Enforce compliance with security policies and SOPs.
- Document and report security incidents, observations, breaches, or near-miss events in timely and accurate written reports.
- Coordinate with the Security Head/Plant Manager during audits, customer visits, or emergency situations such as fire drills or evacuations.
- Participate in regular security training and drills, and contribute to continuous improvement of security processes.
- Be able to perform tasks as assigned by the Management.
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably specializing in Engineering/IT, or related fields
- With at least 2-3 year work experience in the same field
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
