Senior Manager for Sales and Business Development

Location: Cebu City (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Workdays: Monday to Friday We’re hiring a Senior Manager for Sales & Business Development to lead the company’s commercial strategy in swine trading. This role drives sustainable revenue growth, builds strong customer relationships, and expands market presence through sales leadership, business development, and account management. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with production capacity and market demand.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, customer mix, and profitability goals.
  • Forecast demand and coordinate with farm operations and supply planning.
Business Development
  • Grow the customer base among swine buyers, traders, and breeders.
  • Open new market channels, partnerships, and B2B opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging opportunities.
Pricing Management
  • Implement pricing strategies to balance growth and profitability.
  • Monitor market fluctuations and adjust pricing accordingly.
  • Enforce disciplined discounting and credit control policies.
Sales Operations Management
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team.
  • Oversee sales processes to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution.
  • Standardize reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with traders, institutional buyers, and retailers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and negotiations.
  • Manage long‑term contracts and agreements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Operations to align sales with supply capabilities.
  • Partner with Finance on collections, credit monitoring, and margin analysis.
  • Provide market intelligence to support management decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of agribusiness sales experience (livestock, poultry, or feed industry preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams and B2B accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of farm‑to‑market dynamics, pricing, and trading practices.
  • Skilled in negotiation, financial management, and margin control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
