What You'll Do - Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads to discuss visa options and convert them into signed clients.
- Deliver clear and accurate information about visa processes , documentation, and eligibility requirements.
- Handle inbound queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and build strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals to drive business success.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality of service delivery and client experience.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in immigration or related fields.
- Strong understanding of visa processes and immigration documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools for client management.
