What can you expect in an IT Applications Support role with TaskUs:

The primary focus is providing project-based, output-driven services to support the continuity of strategic internal systems, specifically the XodUs project (the replacement for the IEX workforce management system).

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirements Documentation: Analyzing and delivering technical specifications and functional documentation for the new workforce management system.
• Software Development & Configuration: Developing, coding, or configuring specific system features and application components required for the transition.
• Quality Assurance (QA) & Validation: Executing validation and testing activities, and preparing technical reports or bug summaries for CoreApps projects.
• Project Management Support: Maintaining project artifacts and knowledge documentation while providing timely status updates and risk reporting.
