Qualifications: Education: Senior High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college coursework or hospitality training preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field. Experience in a residential setting is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Professional and courteous demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
