Fitness Trainer

- Design and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
- Conduct fitness classes, including Pilates and other group exercise sessions.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continual improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to clients, fostering an encouraging and motivational environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Sports Science, Fitness, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience as a fitness trainer.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong coaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Pilates.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead individual and group fitness sessions effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivating, energetic, and passionate about health and fitness.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
