Coupa Procure-to-Pay Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time Contract (40 hours/week)

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time (minimum 6-hour overlap, 8 AM–2 PM ET)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Specialist to support daily purchasing and invoice operations for a U.S.-based company. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Coupa, understands procurement and accounts payable processes, and can work independently with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve invoice issues in Coupa, including missing receipts, pricing differences, and unmatched invoices.
• Coordinate with purchasing and accounting teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Set up new suppliers in Coupa and assist with supplier onboarding.
• Maintain accurate supplier, product, and purchasing records.
• Generate reports related to invoices, purchase orders, and procurement activities.
• Document procedures and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Coupa experience (mandatory).
• Good understanding of procurement, purchase orders, invoicing, and accounts payable.
• Experience with the Coupa Supplier Portal and supplier onboarding.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent/fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.

Nice to Have: Coupa certification, manufacturing industry experience, or additional accounts payable experience.
