Partsman

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of automotive parts and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system regularly
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Organize and store parts systematically and accessibly to facilitate efficient retrieval and distribution
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Implement best practices for space utilization and inventory storage
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts for delivery or customer pick-up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to fulfill parts orders and meet customer demands
- Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of parts to the appropriate locations

Qualification:

- College graduates; with warehousing/inventory experience 
- Previous experience in Parts Department (Auto Dealership) or Auto Supply/Parts Supply Store is an advantage
- Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
- Proficiency in Excel & Word
- Strong warehousing and organizational skills
