Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage key accounting functions for inventory consumption, monthly close processes, and bank reconciliation. This is a contractual role that requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Record inventory consumption and adjustments accurately Prepare and clean up monthly close accruals Conduct reconciliation preparation and research Perform bank reconciliation tasks Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports Qualifications: Education: Accounting background/experience preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Excel Good organizational and time-management skills Experience: Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred Knowledge of monthly close processes and reconciliation Additional Requirements: Ability to work onsite during night shifts Flexibility in handling tasks during peak times
