Lead Coordinator (Work From Home)

Support lead generation and conversion with precision. This role is perfect for tech-savvy individuals who love optimizing systems and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks. What You’ll Do:
- Lead Management: Respond to inbound leads immediately via text, email, and phone to qualify their buying/selling needs.
- CRM & Systems: Manage the CRM database, troubleshoot technical issues, and train agents on system use.
- Nurturing & Automation: Activate drip campaigns and maintain steady communication with leads until they are ready for an agent.
- Reporting & Tracking: Build Google Sheet dashboards to monitor agent productivity, task completion, and conversion ratios.
- Team Support: Set appointments, assign leads to agents, and upload contacts to the dialer system.
- Tech-Savvy: Fast and responsive with CRM and database tools.
- Highly Organized: A master of follow-up processes and data management.
- Analytical: Comfortable building trackers and analyzing performance benchmarks.
