Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive the day-to-day execution of our Digital Marketing campaign side.

In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal specialist teams (Creative, Social Media, SEO, & Dev). You will oversee campaign timelines, ensure execution quality, and communicate campaign progress clearly to client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trusted working relationships.
• Present campaign strategies, status updates, technical updates, and performance reports clearly and confidently during client calls and meetings.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client brand guidelines, business objectives, and digital growth targets.
• Cross-Functional Campaign Execution
• Partner closely with internal specialists (Creative, Social Media, SEO, and Dev) to gather requirements, build execution roadmaps, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Oversee end-to-end digital deliverables, including website builds/updates, search engine optimization tasks, social media campaigns, and creative asset production.
• Review all team deliverables prior to client submission to ensure technical accuracy, brand consistency, and high quality.
• Account Operations & Reporting
• Manage core account administration under the guidance of the Business Unit Head, including project briefs, contact reports, cost estimates, and budget tracking.
• Monitor campaign KPIs across SEO traffic, social engagement, and technical performance, translating technical data into clear, actionable reporting for clients.
• Maintain high client satisfaction scores (aiming for 90%+ across managed accounts).

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on account management or project management experience within a digital marketing agency setting. Experience handling multinational or regional accounts is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent, articulate spoken and written English. Must possess clear verbal delivery suitable for presenting technical and creative concepts to client stakeholders.
• Digital Domain Knowledge: Solid familiarity with core digital workflows, including social media management, basic SEO principles, website development lifecycles, and creative asset creation.
• Organization & Detail: Outstanding project management skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams (Social Media/Ads/Web Dev/SEO) and creative/client teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Information Technology, Advertising, or a related field.
