Contract Management and Corporate Affairs Assistant

What is this role about?
This role will ensure that the transactions of service/group departments comply with laws, rules, and regulations, and the organization is informed of any legal implications, and protected from any legal liability.
What will YOU do?
Prepare the contract/correspondence within the lead time in accordance with the request of the requesting department
Organize and safekeep vital corporate files and other legal documents
Submit required documents to the relevant offices, agencies, or departments of the government to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and to avoid fines and penalties that can be imposed against the organization
Provide regular updates on the status of pending and completed applications with the relevant offices, agencies, or departments of the government
What will YOU need?
Bachelor's Degree holder in Legal Management, Political Science, or other related courses
Must be willing to do fieldwork as needed
