Multi Skilled Technician (HVAC and Electrical)

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp.
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
- Inspect, diagnose, and resolve issues involving HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and basic civil systems to ensure continuous facility operations.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance activities such as inspections, cleaning, testing, and equipment calibration.
- Repair and maintain electrical wiring, control panels, and electronic components associated with building management and automation systems.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance by checking airflow, temperature, pressure, and other operational parameters to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Recommend system improvements, equipment upgrades, and design modifications to enhance performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and service documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and service providers during maintenance and repair activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of any course related to HVAC (vocational, associate, or diploma course).
- Has basic understanding of HVAC components.
