Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Own and manage full P&L accountability, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are achieved
- Drive market share expansion across channels and regions
- Lead and integrate sales, marketing, and trade functions for unified execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, customers, and distributors
- Manage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders across global and regional markets
- Oversee pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and revenue management initiatives
- Champion consumer insights and data‑driven decision‑making across teams
- Identify new market opportunities, including geographic expansion and category growth
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints
- Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams across multiple markets
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure aligned execution

- Proven leadership experience in a senior role within a global FMCG organization
- Strong track record of owning P&L and delivering sustainable business growth
- Deep expertise in sales, marketing, and business strategy execution
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex environments
- Excellent leadership capability with experience managing diverse, cross‑functional teams
