- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team
- Working Conditions: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically demanding environment
