- Provide information on travel destinations and travel regulations.
- Maintain and update travel databases for efficiency.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to travel arrangements.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best available rates and services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Travel Management or Hospitality.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
