Location: Real, Quezon
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Real, Quezon .
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in construction/project management
- Proven experience handling and managing construction projects from planning through completion
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and site coordination
- Experienced in managing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ability to monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be based in or regularly travel to Real, Quezon
- Experience working with local contractors and government offices is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall implementation and progress of construction projects
- Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site personnel
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Monitor construction schedules, materials, manpower, and equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction-related issues
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies
- Prepare and review project progress reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
