Supervise residential and fit-out construction Monitor projects and on schedule completion Coordinates with clients, reps and trades Prepares cost estimates and material requisitions Submit daily/weekly reports and site docs Enforce safety and housekeeping standardsQUALIFICATIONS:
PRC Licensed Civil Engineer 3-5 years Residential or Fit-out experience Proficient in MS Office Autocad knowledge is an advantage Can drive is an advantage Hardworking, organized and independent Salary Range: 25 - 35k [with Allowance Negotiable] Work location - Office in Laguna and with projects in Greater Manila [Manila and Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan] Work Schedule - Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm with Overtime pay-- FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS
