Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to support project planning, delivery, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination within the UK Financial Collections vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within a contact center environment, strong reporting and analytical skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with project governance standards and service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

• Manage project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and governance records with proper version control.

• Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, operational dashboards, and performance tracking reports.

• Monitor project milestones, risks, action items, dependencies, and change control processes.

• Ensure compliance with project governance standards, audit requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Assist with fiscal year planning, budget monitoring, actual versus projected spending, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate resource tracking, onboarding and offboarding, and system access administration.

• Facilitate governance reviews, stakeholder meetings, and shift briefings or debriefings when required.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, vendor coordination, and cross-functional project alignment.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role.

• Experience working in a contact center or BPO environment, preferably supporting financial collections operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, governance, risk management, and project reporting.

• Proficiency in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and performance tracking sheets.

• Experience with financial tracking, resource management, stakeholder coordination, and compliance monitoring.

• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work 100% onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City, on a shifting schedule.

• Available to start immediately.
