Job Description:
- Manage and monitor service tickets using ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely ticket assignment, tracking, and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of service requests.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Dispatching experience.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
