Hotel Booking Agent - Call Center Rep - Weekends Off

Who are we looking for? We’re in search of experienced Online Assistants to join our growing Hotel Reservation Team. If you have strong written communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in chat or email support, this is your opportunity to grow your career in a professional and supportive environment. What will you be doing?
- Assisting customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and inquiries
- Providing accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and hotel policies
- Ensuring each interaction meets our high customer service standards
- Updating customer records and reservation details in the internal system
- Following internal guidelines to maintain quality and compliance
- Completed High School (K–12 or Old Curriculum)
- At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience
- Excellent written English communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and a service-oriented mindset
- Solid computer and typing skills
- The ability to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)
- Weekends Off – Enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays
