Accounting Manager (Hybrid) | URGENT!!!

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA is required.

-At least 4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably with exposure in external audit or public accounting firms.

-Experience working with PEZA and/or BOI-registered companies is highly preferred.

-In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

-Proficient in using accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar ERP platforms).

-Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

-Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities:

-Ensure full compliance with all BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations, including timely submission of tax and statutory reports.

-Manage and oversee the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, including VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, and other applicable government dues.

-Maintain strong liaison with external auditors, accounting consultants, and government agencies.

-Review and ensure accuracy of all financial statements and reports in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).

-Supervise general accounting functions including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

-Prepare and review supporting schedules for audits and government inspections.

-Monitor compliance with PEZA and/or BOI incentives and related reporting requirements.

-Lead the implementation and monitoring of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of financial records.

-Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

-Manage and mentor the accounting team, promoting continuous development and process improvement.

-Perform general administrative tasks to support the needs of the office and the employees.
