Area Manager - North Luzon

Job Description

• Over-all responsible for channel coverage and sales growth of assigned area/territory
• Responsible for the total sales and marketing activities
• Forecasting and inventory management
• Alignment of allocation with assigned distributor
• Responsible for the development, execution and performance of all designed to dominate market presence and increase sales
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve targets
• Lead and coach sales agent to maximize team efficiency
• Ensures alignment across Sales and Marketing team
• Alignment with Distributor and Sub-Distributor for the success of distribution and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Performs such other functions as assigned.
