Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties according to their needs and budget
- Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, property listings, and referrals
- Conduct property tours, site visits, and open houses for potential buyers
- Provide clients with accurate information on property prices, legal requirements, and market trends
- Prepare and present sales proposals, property documents, and contracts
- Negotiate offers and close deals in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update client databases and property listings
- Coordinate with property developers, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on local market conditions, property values, and industry developments
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and online property platforms is a plus
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (if fieldwork is required)
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position
- May require work on weekends, holidays, or outside regular office hours depending on client schedules
- Commission-based compensation with performance incentives
