  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive demeanor.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to standard recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or food-related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
