About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Officer , you'll play a key role in transforming marketing strategies into successful campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role

• Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Strong background in content creation, copywriting, and social media marketing

• Experience using Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems

• Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign performance reporting

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills

• Experience in accounting, financial services, or professional services is an advantage

• Willing to work fully onsite BGC, Dayshift (AU)

Your Impact Starts Here

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that support brand awareness and lead generation

• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent marketing activities across digital channels

• Coordinate social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and audience engagement

Content Creation & Brand Growth

• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and websites

• Design marketing assets including graphics, presentations, and short-form videos using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

• Support employer branding, promotional campaigns, and client engagement initiatives

• Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging

Analytics & Performance

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other digital marketing tools

• Prepare reports and provide insights to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI

• Recommend data-driven improvements to strengthen future marketing campaigns

Marketing Operations & Events

• Coordinate events, seminars, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives from planning through execution

• Liaise with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects

• Support marketing administration, project tracking, and process improvements

• Help ensure all marketing activities are completed accurately and on schedule
