TECHNICAL STAFF (OFFICE BASED)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations & Coordination: Handle desk work, conduct occasional site visits, arrange schedules, and coordinate staff and branches.
- Monitoring: Review coordinators' daily tasks, monitor the Technical Line, and track Viber updates and reports.
- Admin & Logistics: Prepare necessary materials, manage systems, and order/manage items and documents.
- Minor Finance/Accounting: Counter-check technical expenses, review POs, liquidations, and payment requests, and manage accounting documents.
QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONALITY:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
- Any Gender
- Can work under pressure, do multitasking, and work with minimal supervision. Strong responsibility and communication skills are required.
- With experience in customer service or troubleshooting

WORK SCHEDULE:
6 days a week (including holidays)
Fixed Day Off: Every Thursday
WORK LOCATION: PASAY
