Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Head/Director Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite per week) - Bridgetowne Ortigas, Pasig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Day Shift (NZ) Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Managed Services Director to join our client's team and lead end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operations. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee large-scale operations, strengthen client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of revenue cycle services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall strategy and delivery of healthcare revenue cycle managed services engagements. Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. Manage and develop high-performing teams across multiple functions and client engagements. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance services and expand client relationships. Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor. Monitor operational and financial performance, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement. Champion process optimization, innovation, and technology adoption to improve service delivery. Mentor and develop future leaders while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. 14+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or consulting, with significant leadership experience. Deep expertise in end-to-end revenue cycle operations and healthcare industry practices. Proven track record of leading large-scale operations, client engagements, and transformation initiatives. Strong business acumen with experience driving operational efficiency, financial results, and client satisfaction. Experience leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities and improve performance. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
