Customer Service Representative No Experience Needed

About the role GDV Business Services Co. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in a full-time, virtual position. As a CSR - Voice/Blended professional, you will be the voice of our organisation, delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels whilst working remotely from Mabalacat City, Pampanga. This role is strategically important to our business, as you will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention and the overall reputation of our company. Your ability to handle both inbound and outbound communications will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service delivery.
