Accounting Supervisor

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting team by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, reviewing work outputs, and providing coaching and performance support
- Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor the company’s cash position and cash flow activities on a daily basis to support effective financial management.
- Ensure timely processing and recording of month-end adjustments, including journal entries related to lapsing schedules.
- Administer and maintain online banking access, including user setup, modifications, and internal control compliance.
- Review and validate Requests for Payment (RFPs), disbursement vouchers, accounting entries, and cheque details before processing.
- Coordinate and address accounting concerns related to lease agreements and company-operated stores or branches.
- Salary Range: 28,000 - 30,000
- Work Location: Sampaloc, Manila
- Work Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday
