Call Center Agent | Alorica Cebu | Open to SHS Grad | No Experience Required ⸻ Job Description: Alorica Cebu is hiring Call Center Agents. This opportunity is open to Senior High School graduates, High School graduates (old curriculum), fresh graduates, and career shifters. No BPO or work experience required. Training will be provided. ⸻ Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone
- Provide accurate information and support
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Follow company processes and service standards
- At least SHS Graduate or HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No experience required
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Basic English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu
