What is this role about?
The role is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies and programs to increase revenue and grow SEAOIL’s market share by selling fuel, lubricant, and related products to a diverse range of customers across North Luzon, including distributors, industrial accounts, and commercial partners.

What will YOU do?

• Deliver on revenue and market expansion targets to establish and grow the company's presence in the assigned North Luzon territory

• Manage and develop key accounts to strengthen customer relationships and ensure mutual success

• Identify, pursue, and close new commercial opportunities with distributors, industrial clients, and large fleet customers

• Formulate and execute territory sales plans, promotional activities, and pricing approaches in coordination with commercial leadership

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely product availability and high service levels

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, account reports, and administrative documentation as required

What will YOU need?

• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B, distribution, or fuel and lubricants industries

• Willingness to be assigned and perform field work anywhere in North Luzon

• Must have a valid driver's license (manual transmission)

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer relationships and negotiate commercial terms

• Strong communication, planning, and reporting skills

• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
