•Flexible & fun working environment MEASURES OF SUCCESS In three months:
Utilize industry & proprietary tools used in crafting media recommendations.
In six months:
•Be able to analyze & interpret data used in plans.
•Be able to present clearly & confidently to clients.
In twelve months:
•Be able to independently manage campaigns, make recommendations & solutions &deliver on commitments.
•Be able to develop solid relationships with suppliers & clients. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE •Ensure delivery of all Planning KPIs for assigned brands
•Provide strategic communication solutions and directions
•Optimize use of all available research and tools for effective communication plans
•Provide regular analysis and reports on market scenario and competitive strategies
•Proactively propose innovations, cut through executions based on research findings andunique insights
•Ensure updated market intelligence is done quarterly with analysis and implications to clients
•Go-to person for prototypes and plan optimization during new business pitches
•Back-end support for client Skills and Experience Education
•Bachelor's degree is required preferablyin CommunicationArts/Advertising/Marketing Work Experience
•This post is open to Fresh Graduates. 1-2year's work experience in a media function is a plus. Required Competencies: (Knowledge, Skills and Attitude)
