Housekeeping Supervisor

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels.
- Report maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Computer proficiency – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Knowledgeable in Basic Cleaning Procedure (Office Set up)
- Knowledgeable in Chemical and Equipment Handling
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- Vocational Course/ College degree holder
- 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor
- With TESDA NC 2 Certificate in Housekeeping is an advantage
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning, organization, disinfection, and carpet cleaning. Strong customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, schedule regular cleaning tasks, ensure sanitation standards, and assist clients with inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments including residential and commercial spaces; may require standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, friendly, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig, Libis Quezon City and Makati City.
