Senior Power Apps Developer (Model Driven App / Power Pages)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, secure, and extend a Power Apps application using Microsoft Power Apps model‑driven apps / Power Pages.
- Understand, design, test, and capture workflow requirements of existing and proposed solutions.
- Build Model‑Driven Power Apps, Canvas Power Apps, or Power Pages to meet client and business requirements.
- Support team and organization in growing capability with Power Platform.
- Contribute to various simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
- Provide specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.
- Provide estimates for pipeline work.
- Build external‑facing portals using Power Portals.
- Build Flows & Robotic Process Automations (RPA) within Power Automate.
- Build chatbots using Power Virtual Agent.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Power Apps model‑driven apps / Dynamics CRM development.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proven experience in developing Power Apps model‑driven apps and Power Pages, including in‑depth understanding of customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints.
- Development experience with Java, Type, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, RESTful Web Services, ASP.NET, SharePoint Online (one or more).
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Experience in other Power Platform practices such as Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Power Pages.
- Knowledge regarding Power Platform licensing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Apps model‑driven apps in Dynamics 365; candidates must expose, store, and report on data.
- Ability to create high‑quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
