About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, People & Culture to join First Advantage Philippines Inc. in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers flexibility in how you structure your working arrangements between our office and remote locations. This role is pivotal in driving our people strategy and shaping our organisational culture. As Senior Manager, People & Culture, you will report directly to senior leadership and play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-performing, engaged workforce that reflects our company values. This position is essential to our continued growth and success in the competitive talent and screening services market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive people and culture strategies aligned with business objectives and organisational growth plans

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent across all levels of the organisation

• Oversee employee relations and engagement programmes, fostering a positive workplace culture and maintaining high employee satisfaction

• Manage performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations and supporting professional development

• Design and administer compensation and benefits programmes that are competitive, equitable and aligned with market standards

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, regulations and company policies across all HR functions

• Lead training and development initiatives that support employee growth, career progression and leadership development

• Champion diversity, inclusion and belonging programmes that reflect our commitment to creating an equitable workplace

• Partner with department heads and senior management to address people-related challenges and implement sustainable solutions

• Manage the HR budget and optimise resources to deliver effective people programmes

• Establish and monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of people initiatives

• Provide strategic advice to leadership on organisational structure, workforce planning and talent succession planning

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR management or people operations role

• Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements

• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective people and culture strategies that drive business results

• Excellent experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and talent management across various organisational levels

• Strong background in employee relations, performance management and organisational development

• Demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits administration

• Experience with HR systems, HRIS platforms and data analytics to inform people decisions

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation

• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities

• Experience in managing diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and fostering inclusive workplace cultures

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM-CP or equivalent) is highly desirable

• Experience in fast-growing or scaling organisations is advantageous
