Bellsoft Global is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide support and assistance to customers through phone, chat, or email while building valuable experience in the BPO industry. What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally through phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or company processes
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Record customer interactions and updates accurately in the system
• Escalate more complex concerns when necessary
• Meet customer service, productivity, and quality standards
